What are the Differences Between Islam and Christianity?

1. A Different God

     Islam: Surah 2:136; 29:46; No Godhead-Surah 4:171b; 9:31; 17:111

     Christianity: Father-1 Cor. 1:3; Son-John 1:1-3; Holy Spirit-Acts 5:1-4; Godhead-Mat. 28:19 & 2 Cor. 13:14

2. A Different Jesus

     Islam: Denies Jesus Deity: Surah 3:64; 4:171; 5:75; 17:111

     Christianity: John 8:23-24; Luke 18:31-33; Mat. 28:6

3.  A Different Book or Revelation

     Islam: Surah 3:3; 7:157; 22:52-53; 33:21

     Christianity: 2 Pet. 1:20-21; 1:3; 2 Tim. 3:16-17; Mat. 15:6-9

4.  A Different Hope

     Islam - Carnal: Surah 47:15; 37:40-49; 44:51-55

      Christianity - Spiritual: 1 Pet. 1:3-5; Mark 12:24-25; John 14:2-3

5.  A Different Treatment of Enemies

     Islam: Personal - Surah 22:39-40; Spiritual - Surah 47:4; National - Surah 9:5; 9:29

 

The Bible Plan of Salvation:

One must Believe that Jesus is what He said He was - the Only Way/ the Only Begotten Son of God: John 14:6 / Acts 8:36-37

One must Repent: Luke 13:3, 5

One must Confess: Mat. 10:32

One must Be Immersed: Mark 16:16

One must Live faithfully until death: Rev. 2:10
